At Evolution Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
